Dr. Mohammad Al-Khaleel serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Khalifa University of Science and Technology, Abu Dhabi, UAE, where he has been employed since 2016 after initial appointment as Assistant Professor and subsequent promotion. His prior academic appointments include Associate Professor roles at Dhofar University (2014-2016) and Yarmouk University (2007-2014).
His academic credentials include:
- BSc in Mathematics, Yarmouk University, Jordan (2000)
- MSc in Applied Mathematics, McGill University, Canada (2003)
- PhD in Applied Mathematics, McGill University, Canada (2007)
Dr. Al-Khaleel's research centers on developing efficient parallel numerical methods for solving ordinary, partial, and fractional differential equations, with applications spanning seismic wave modeling, nanofluid/microfluid dynamics, and circuit simulations. His work extends to inverse/control problems, numerical optimization, fractional calculus, and metric fixed point theory, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach bridging computational mathematics with engineering applications.
He actively participates in grant-funded scientific projects and has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students across thesis projects and research initiatives, contributing significantly to academic development through curriculum committees and institutional service.
