Modibo Khane Camara is Assistant Professor of Economics and Business School Trust Faculty Scholar (2024-2025) at Stanford Graduate School of Business, specializing in microeconomic theory at the intersection of economics and computer science.
Education includes PhD in Economics from Northwestern University (2022) and BA in Economics from University of Pennsylvania (2016).
Research develops models of decision-making with limited computational resources (time/data). Work explains behavioral heuristics and creates adaptive regulatory frameworks. Current projects examine choice under computational constraints and mechanism design with shared datasets.
Awards include SIGecom Doctoral Dissertation Award (2023) and Best Student Paper at ACM EC (2022). Teaches Managerial Economics at Stanford GSB.
