Mića Jovanović is a Serbian academic, currently serving as Rector of Megatrend University since 1999. He holds a PhD in Organizational Sciences from the University of Maribor (1991), an MA in Labor Sociology from the University of Belgrade (1979), and a BA in Political Sciences (1976). His career spans over four decades, including roles as Dean of the Faculty for Management in Zaječar (1997–1999) and leadership at Megatrend University since 1991.

Jovanović's publications span comparative organizational studies, globalization, and cultural economics. His work addresses critical aspects of human resources management, strategic development, and intercultural challenges in globalized contexts.
