Mitch Glass is a Lecturer in the Departments of Landscape Architecture and City and Regional Planning at Cornell University, and Director of the tRUST-lab (Regenerating Urban Spaces + Terrain). He specializes in urban regeneration, community-based planning, environmental justice, and Indigenous landscapes. His work focuses on Rust Belt cities, green infrastructure, and participatory design. Glass is also a member of the City of Ithaca’s Planning and Development Board since 2018, and has held fellowships with the Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability and Engaged Cornell.

Research & Teaching: Glass teaches studios addressing urban neighborhoods, Indigenous topographies, and collaborative planning. His projects include the Kingsbury Run Nature Reserve in Cleveland and MidTown Cleveland revitalization. He emphasizes social, racial, and environmental justice through design.
