Mirosław Montowski

Mirosław Montowski is a legal and transport safety expert holding roles as an inspector at the Road Transport Inspectorate since 2003, legal advisor, and judge at the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw since 2019. He graduated in law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and completed postgraduate studies in labor law. His expertise includes road transport safety, particularly dangerous goods transportation, administrative law, and legal proceedings.

He serves on the advisory team for safety in road transport at the General Inspectorate of Road Transport, trains inspectors and candidates, and represents the Chief Inspector in administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. Montowski contributed to EU-funded projects for Turkey (2014–2015) and Ukraine (2016–2018), enhancing safety standards in road transport. He participates in international bodies like Euro Contrôle Route (ECR) and lectures in postgraduate studies on road transport topics.

His work spans legal compliance, driver regulations, inspection methodologies, and cross-border transport safety initiatives. He maintains active involvement in professional development programs for transport inspectors and legal professionals.
