Andrzej Najmanowicz, M.A., is a Legal Counsel and Lecturer affiliated with the Vistula Academy of Finance and Business. He holds a Master of Laws from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Currently, he serves as a long-time employee of the Chief Inspectorate of Road Transport and teaches specialized courses for Road Transport Inspectorate candidates. He represents the Chief Inspector of Road Transport in proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court.
His academic affiliations include teaching roles across multiple programs at Vistula Academy, including Logistics, Management, IT, Pedagogy, and Law-related disciplines in cities like Olsztyn, Gdańsk, and Warsaw. He is also involved in the Polish-British double-degree Management program with London South Bank University.
