Dr. Mirlinda Ndrecka is a Research Fellow affiliated with the University of Cincinnati Corrections Institute. She holds a doctorate in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and has taught courses at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels, specializing in research methods, criminological theory, and correctional practices.
Her research focuses on criminological theory, offender risk assessment, evidence-based correctional programming, program implementation, and program evaluation. She has extensive experience evaluating correctional programs and has worked on Second Chance Act grants with Connecticut state agencies, developing guidelines for evidence-based treatments.
