Mirjam Wever is a postdoctoral researcher at Leiden University's Clinical Psychology department within the Social and Behavioural Sciences faculty. Her work focuses on the role of female sex hormones in socio-affective brain processes, particularly through the ERC-funded project 'Changing Landscapes: RiSE – REACH – REViVE' under Prof. Ellen de Bruijn. Earlier, she completed her PhD in 2024 at Leiden University's Clinical Psychology department, supervised by Prof. Bernet Elzinga, Dr. Marieke Tollenaar, and Dr. Geert-Jan Will, as part of the RE-PAIR study on parent-adolescent connectedness.
