Dr. Miriam Raider-Roth is a Professor of Educational Studies and Educational/Community-Based Action Research at the University of Cincinnati's College of Education, Criminal Justice, & Human Services. She holds leadership roles as Director of the Action Research Center and the Mandel Teacher Educator Institute (MTEI), a program developing Jewish educational leaders. Her research focuses on relational learning communities, transformative teacher learning, and action research methodologies. She has authored several books, including *Professional Development in Relational Learning Communities* (2017) and *Trusting What You Know* (2005), and serves on editorial boards for journals like the *Journal of Jewish Education*. Dr. Raider-Roth has secured grants from the Covenant Foundation and the Mandel Foundation to support her work in Jewish education and teacher development.
Education: Ph.D. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, M.A. from Bank Street College of Education, and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
