Mireille N. Bekker is a Full Professor at the University Medical Center Utrecht, specializing in fetal and perinatal medicine with a focus on congenital heart disease outcomes and neurodevelopmental research. She holds editorial roles in journals like BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth and advises on initiatives such as the NIPT consortium.
Education: MD from VU Medical Center (2002), PhD from Leiden University (2007). Her clinical training in Obstetrics and Gynecology (completed 2011) complements her research on fetal cardiovascular/lymphatic development.
