Miquel Mir Gual

Miquel Mir Gual is a Researcher at the University of the Balearic Islands, specializing in coastal geomorphology and management. He earned a Degree in Geography (2007) and a PhD with European Mention (2014) from the UIB, focusing on beach-dune systems and coastal erosion.

• Conducted groundbreaking work on wind and sediment dynamics in coastal environments using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), a first in Spain.
