Ming Fan

Professor Ming Fan is a faculty member at the University of Guelph's Ontario Agricultural College, Department of Animal Biosciences. His research focuses on swine nutrition, gut microbiota modulation, and sustainable animal production systems. He investigates how nutrients link agri-food production to animal and human health, environmental sustainability, and global development challenges. His work spans enzymology, microbial interactions, and dietary strategies to enhance feed efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
