Mine UĞURLU is a Professor in the Department of Management at Boğaziçi University. She holds a PhD from Ankara University (1985). Her research focuses on corporate financing policies, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), corporate restructuring, agency costs, corporate governance, financial distress, and emerging markets.
