Minah Park will join Oberlin College's Business faculty in 2025 as Assistant Professor. Currently a PhD candidate in Management and Human Resources at University of Wisconsin-Madison, she researches gender gaps in entrepreneurship and STEM fields. Her dissertation examines female attrition in entrepreneurial pipelines.
Park's work combines experimental methods with organizational analysis to study how feedback mechanisms and role models affect entrepreneurial participation. She holds engineering degrees from Yonsei University and applies quantitative approaches to behavioral research. Teaching begins in 2025 with Venture Creation courses.
