Miller McLean is a Lecturer in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures at Binghamton University. He earned his PhD in French from the University of Virginia in May 2024. His research explores masculinities in 19th-century French literature, with a focus on realist/naturalist novels and Romantic drama. At Binghamton, he teaches French language courses and coordinates the Table Française, a French conversation initiative.
