Milica S. Jankov

Milica S. Jankov is a Research Assistant at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, University of Belgrade. She contributes to the project 'Valorization of dyes for food products from fruit waste using green extraction' funded by the UNDP.

Her research focuses on sustainable chemical processes for converting agricultural waste into functional food additives. Jankov is a member of the Pharmaceutical Chamber of Serbia and Serbian Chemical Society.
