Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek

Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP is a Professor and Head of the Department of Business Relationships and International Marketing at Poznań University of Economics and Business (PUEB). She holds significant roles such as Rektor’s Plenipotentiary for Scientific Marketing and Deputy Chair of the Scientific Promotion Council. Her research focuses on business networks, internationalization strategies, entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital transformation, and sustainability in global markets.

Her academic background includes extensive contributions to understanding SME internationalization, coopetition dynamics, and the role of networks in organizational performance. She has led projects on innovation transfer in multinational enterprises and conflict management in foreign business relationships. Her work emphasizes the interplay between digitalization, value co-creation, and strategic decision-making in dynamic business environments.
