Milena Rajković is a faculty member at the Department of Piano, Faculty of Arts in Niš, University of Niš. She holds an MA in Methodology of Piano (2011) from the Faculty of Music Art in Skopje. Her career spans over three decades, with pedagogical roles at the Music School Dr Vojislav Vučković, Music College in Niš, and since 2002 at the Faculty of Arts. She previously served as Head of the Department of Piano.

Her research focuses on piano pedagogy, performance methodology, and curriculum design. She has presented papers at international forums such as ICEST (Ohrid) and Infotech (Jahorina), and delivered lectures in Rome (Istituto Musicale). She organizes the International Student Complementary Piano Competition and has mentored students winning awards at national/international competitions.
Her concert activities include performances in Skopje and Niš, emphasizing inter-faculty cultural exchanges. She is also a member of juries in prestigious piano competitions.
