Milena Nikolic is an Assistant Professor at Singidunum University since 2021. She holds a Doctorate in Finance and Banking (2018), a Master's in Finance, Banking and Insurance (2013), and a Bachelor's in Financial Management (2007) from the University of Nis. Her research focuses on finance, banking, insurance, sustainable tourism, green finance, and pension systems.

She has participated in international projects like "Sustainable Tourism: Study Visits" (2022) and "Capacity Building for Innovation Centers" (2024).
She has served as an assistant professor at Union Nikola Tesla University Belgrade (2018-2019) and taught at the Academy of Business Economics in Cacak (2020-2021). As authorized representative of the National Bank of Serbia for insurance, she blends academic work with practical financial regulation expertise. Her training activities include risk management, climate change impacts on insurance, and leadership development programs.
