Milan Oljača is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, where he has lectured since 2016. His research focuses on criminal psychology, personality psychology, and individual differences, with additional expertise in methodology and statistics in social sciences. He is currently completing his doctoral studies and contributes to the Twin Study project (www.blizanci.rs) under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, alongside his involvement in the Center for Behavioral Genetics since 2013.
