Milad Morid Zadeh

Milad Morid Zadeh is a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, University of Southern Denmark (SDU). He is actively involved in research on refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and district heating technologies.

Research Areas: His work focuses on transcritical CO₂ refrigeration systems, including fault detection in gas coolers, fouling mitigation, and adapting systems to rising temperatures. He explores energy recovery and integration with district heating networks.

Projects: Milad is a key participant in the DREAMS project (2024-2027) and the DH4FREE project (2024-2026), both addressing sustainable refrigeration and carbon-free heating solutions.

Teaching & Supervision: He contributes to courses such as "Advanced Cooling and Heating Systems" and "Thermodynamics" for MSc and BEng programs, focusing on simulation, optimization, and control of refrigeration systems.
