Mila Perez Gonzalez

Mila Perez Gonzalez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Resources Management at the Deusto Business School, University of Deusto. She holds roles as Vice Secretary of the Faculty, responsible for student affairs, and adjunct to the Vice-Rectorate of University Community under the Agenda 2030 initiative. Her academic journey includes a Licenciatura in Business Economics (1994) and a PhD in Economics (2004) from the University of Deusto, alongside a specialization diploma in university teaching.

Her research focuses on university social responsibility, competency management, and employee motivation. She has directed doctoral theses, including one on nursing professionals' motivation and job performance (2009), and collaborates as a speaker at Venezuela's Ethics Chair (Universidad de Yacambú). She teaches HR-related courses at the undergraduate level, mentors master’s projects, and maintains administrative leadership roles in academia.
