Miklos Z. Racz is an Assistant Professor at Northwestern University, with research interests spanning probability theory, network analysis, voting systems, interacting particle systems, game theory, and mathematical biology. He earned his M.S. in Mathematics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2010, followed by a Ph.D. in Statistics at UC Berkeley in 2015 under advisor Elchanan Mossel.
His work focuses on mathematical models that explain real-world phenomena, particularly in the intersection of probability and its applications to complex systems. He has contributed to understanding influences in voting and growing networks, as evidenced by his dissertation.
