Mikko Lindroos is a Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Law, focusing on welfare law and social rights. His research examines legal boundaries and policy-making in social justice distribution. He contributes to educational assignments and projects in governmental law, labour law, and social law.

- "Kuntien ja maakuntien muutoksenhakujärjestelmien kehittäminen" (2018-2019), funded by the Prime Minister's Office, addressing municipal and regional appeal systems.
