Dr. Mikel Burley is an Associate Professor of Religion and Philosophy at the University of Leeds' School of Philosophy, Religion and History of Science. His research focuses on philosophy of religion, religious ethics, comparative philosophy, and South Asian traditions. He holds degrees from Essex, Nottingham, Leeds, and Bristol. His work bridges Western philosophical traditions (especially Wittgenstein) with Hindu and Buddhist thought.
