Mike Craig is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the UWA School of Agriculture and Environment, specializing in conservation biology and vertebrate ecology. He holds a BSc(Hons) in Botany/Zoology (1992) and a PhD in Avifauna Ecology (2001) from UWA. His research focuses on mitigating human impacts on ecosystems, particularly through post-mining restoration and biodiversity conservation. He manages the ARC Linkage project LP160100177, addressing water availability and conservation of wide-ranging species. Craig supervises 1 UWA PhD student and 1 Murdoch honours student.
