Mijntje Lückerath

Prof. Mijntje Lückerath is a Full Professor of Corporate Governance at TIAS School of Management, Tilburg University. Her research focuses on boardroom dynamics, long-term value creation, and moral dilemmas in governance. She holds a Master's in Financial Business Economics (Erasmus University) and later earned a Master's in Work & Organizational Psychology (Open University), emphasizing moral judgment in leadership.

Her 2023 book Moral Dilemmas in the Boardroom was nominated for Management Book of the Year.
