Mick Scow is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Indigenous Studies at the University of Victoria. He is a member of the Kwakwaka'wakw and Snuneymuxw nations, representing the Scow and Good families. Scow is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Indigenous Governance at UVic, focusing on revitalizing Indigenous fatherhood and family-based resurgence. He resides on unceded, illegally occupied WSANEC territories with his partner and three children.
