Michiel van Oudheusden is an Associate Professor of Public Participation in Science and Democracy at the Athena Institute (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). His work bridges science communication, citizen science, public engagement, and innovation governance. He holds dual appointments in the Faculty of Science and the Network Institute.
