Michelle Rhea

Michelle Rhea serves as Assistant Professor of Medical Science and Director of Didactic Education at George Fox University, joining the faculty in 2022 after twelve years of clinical practice across diverse medical settings.

Her educational qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Loma Linda University (2009)
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from Keck School of Medicine at University of Southern California (2005)

Her clinical expertise spans infant-to-geriatric primary care in integrated medical-dental facilities, general surgery, and pain management systems, with specialized focus on curriculum development for medical science education. She pioneered Kaiser’s first medical-dental integration facility at Cedar Hills while advancing outpatient family medicine protocols.
