Michelle R. Warren is Mary Brinsmead Wheelock Professor of Comparative Literature at Dartmouth College and Director of Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship. Her research connects medieval studies with digital humanities and postcolonial theory. Awarded Guggenheim and ACLS fellowships for her work on digital manuscript studies.
Publications examine medieval textuality through modern digital frameworks, exploring topics in translation, temporality, and cultural preservation. Recent books include Holy Digital Grail: A Medieval Book on the Internet (2022 History of the Book Prize winner).
