Professor Michelle Lincoln is the Executive Dean of the Faculty of Health at The University of Canberra, overseeing leadership and strategic direction for health and sport professional education. Previously, she held senior roles at the University of Sydney, including Deputy Dean and Head of Speech Pathology. Her research focuses on allied health service delivery in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities, with emphasis on workforce development and innovative service models. She has published over 140 peer-reviewed articles and led projects funded by national health councils and governments. Lincoln is a Fellow of Speech Pathology Australia and a Principle Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
