Michelle Husulak

Dr. Michelle Husulak is a Lecturer/Clinical Faculty Member and Clinical Head of Field Service at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM), University of Saskatchewan. She holds a DVM (2012), MVetSc (2016), and board certification from the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) in Equine Practice (2019). Her clinical and teaching roles involve equine field service, clinical education of veterinary students, and leadership in the VMC Field Service team.

Her clinical interests focus on equine health, dentistry, and medicine, with a particular passion for equine dentistry. She contributes to academic instruction through lectures, teaching labs, and mentoring interns and residents. Dr. Husulak’s career progression includes a clinical associate role (2016–2021) before transitioning to her current faculty position in 2021.
