Michelle Evans is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation at Health Sciences University, contributing to MSc programs in Sport Rehabilitation and Therapy. She holds a PhD from Coventry University (2020) focusing on ski readiness in secondary schools, alongside a MSc in Strength and Conditioning (2011) and BSc in Sports Therapy (2005).
Her research interests include ski injury prevention in youth, functional movement analysis, and supporting transplant athletes at national and international games. She previously lectured at Coventry University for nine years and has led field trips to India, where she developed educational programs for football coaches and youth players.
Michelle has delivered strength and conditioning workshops for swimmers and coaches, including roles with the ASA England Talent Programme. Her work emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, particularly in supporting athletes with medical complexities.
