Michele Scaltritti is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science, University of Trento. His expertise spans electrophysiology, experimental psychology, physiological psychology, psycholinguistics, and psychophysiology.

Research focuses on visual word recognition, visual attention mechanisms, and the interplay between cognitive processing and motor programming. His work employs electrophysiological methods to study language and perception.

He has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Padova, University of Trento, Aix-Marseille University (France), and completed a visiting graduate stint at Washington University in St. Louis (USA).
