Michele Hancock is a Professor in the Department of Education at Carthage College and serves as the Vice President of College Culture for Inclusion. She joined Carthage in 2014 and oversees initiatives like the Accelerated Certification for Teachers (ACT) Program and the Equity and Inclusion Certification Program. Her work integrates teacher education with systemic change in underserved communities.
