Michele Gee

Michele Gee, Ph.D., is a Professor and Dean of the College of Business, Economics, and Computing at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She holds a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1994). Her academic roles include strategic leadership, teaching, and service across multiple levels of the institution, including program coordination for MBA and Computer & Information Systems programs.

Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Strategic Management, Global Business, and Creative Management. Notable publications include studies on SES-employment linkages, online education practices, and supply chain sustainability. Dr. Gee has received over 15 awards, including the Woman of Color Award (2001), ACE Fellowship (2006-2007), and multiple recognitions for diversity leadership and teaching excellence.

Her service contributions span university-wide committees (e.g., Chancellor's Talent & Economic Development Team), editorial roles (Recoletos Multidisciplinary Journal), and professional boards (AACSB). Courses taught include leadership theory and MBA internships. She actively promotes inclusivity through advising student organizations like the Parkside International Club and champions initiatives like the I.D.E.A. Leadership program.
