Michele Coletti is an Associate Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM), specializing in innovation governance and management consulting. He holds a PhD in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MBA in Management Consulting from GEM. His academic roles include Academic Director of MBA specializations in Management Consulting and Smart/Sustainable Business, teaching across BIB, MSc, MS, MIB, and MBA programs.
Professionally, he transitioned from engineering consulting in energy to management consulting with clients like GSK, Novartis, and SMEs via Chambers of Commerce. His research focuses on sustainable innovation policies, triple helix governance, and innovation ecosystems in both advanced and developing economies. He has contributed to EU-funded projects under FP7, Horizon 2020, and Erasmus+, advising policymakers on innovation strategies and creative industries.
His editorial roles include membership on the boards of the International Journal of Competitiveness and Hélice (Triple Helix Association). Past roles include service on the national board of Italy's management consultants association (APCO) and current membership in ICMCI's Academic Fellowship panel.
Key research themes span innovation vouchers, green infrastructure governance, quadruple helix models, and cluster management. His work bridges academic insights with practical policy design, emphasizing collaborative frameworks for sustainable development.
