Michał Nowicki is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Łódź University of Technology. His roles include membership on the Faculty Recruitment Committee and Management and Production Engineering Study Programme Council, as well as coordinating student internships and the Diamentowa, Bursztynowa i Szmaragdowa Practice Program. Externally, he serves on the Polish Economic Society’s Łódź Branch and reviews for MDPI and IDEAS SPREAD Publisher. He leads the 'OPI 4.0 - Organizational Problems of Industry 4.0' research team.
His research focuses on shaping business competitiveness, Industry 4.0 challenges, entrepreneurship, electronic entertainment industry dynamics, and co-creation trends. He actively explores how digital transformation and virtual collaboration impact organizational strategies and competitive advantage.
