Michał Cebula is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Consumer Behaviour at the University of Wrocław, Poland. His research focuses on the sociology of consumption, social networks, social capital, and cultural stratification. He holds a doctoral degree (dr) and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals such as Sociological Inquiry, International Review of Sociology, and Polish Sociological Review. His work examines how cultural practices, social networks, and class position influence access to social resources and shape consumption patterns, with a particular emphasis on Poland's social structure. He is affiliated with the Department of Social Sciences and contributes to academic conferences and publications addressing contemporary sociological issues. His research bridges cultural sociology, social network theory, and stratification studies, highlighting the role of social capital in reinforcing or challenging class divides.
