Michaela Stratmann

Michaela Stratmann is a Junior Professor for Interprofessional and Collaborative Didactics in Medical and Health Studies at the Faculty of Health (Department of Human Medicine) at the University of Witten/Herdecke. Her work focuses on advancing interprofessional education to improve patient care through collaborative practices and team cohesion.

• Developing and evaluating digital and didactic methods for interprofessional teaching
• Implementing longitudinal interprofessional training in the MSG 2018+ curriculum
• Competency-based teaching and exams in medical/health programs

She collaborates with Prof. Dr. Arndt Büssing and others on longitudinal studies like ReBel, emphasizing student health and professional identity formation. Her role includes supporting students in adapting to academic learning strategies and fostering independent learning structures.
