Michael Whaites is a Lecturer in Contemporary Dance and Artistic Director of LINK Dance Company at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), part of Edith Cowan University. He teaches core courses in choreography, improvisation, and professional practice while leading international creative projects.
