Michael Wagreich is a full Professor at the Institute of Geology, University of Vienna, Faculty of Geosciences, Geography and Astronomy. His research spans sedimentology, stratigraphy, and anthropogenic impacts on Earth systems, with a focus on the Anthropocene and Cretaceous geology.
