Dr. Michael Wagner is Head of Publishing at Schloss Dagstuhl - Leibniz Center for Informatics since January 2012. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Kassel (2013), focusing on 'Context as a Service.' His role involves overseeing Dagstuhl's publishing initiatives, including the LIPIcs/OASIcs series, Open Access policies, and digital library operations. He is a key figure in advancing scientific communication infrastructure in computer science.
