Dr. Michael Strobel is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Assessment at Pace University's Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems in New York. He is actively engaged in academic accreditation and consulting work for the U.S. Army’s Armament Graduate School and the Department of Education NACIQI.

Dr. Strobel’s research focuses on Technology Adoption, Decision Theory, Artificial Intelligence, and Human Systems Integration. He investigates how maturity metrics apply to emerging technologies and integrates systemic thinking into his work. His expertise extends to Security and Aerospace systems.
Recognized with the Faculty Marshall award (2020) and Tau Alpha Pi honor (1986), Dr. Strobel has also earned professional certifications including CISM, CISA, and CBT.
With over 30 years of experience in communications, aerospace, and information systems, Dr. Strobel has served in Project Management, IT Governance, and Risk Management roles. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and SBE, and holds memberships in ISACA (Gold Grade), PMI, INCOSE AIS, and HFES. He chairs the Accreditation Steering Sub-Committee at Pace University and contributes to MSCHE accreditation standards.
