Dr. Michael Seda is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Accounting at Catawba College, located in Ketner Hall. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Education (Accounting Specialization) from New York University, a D.B.A. in Accounting from Argosy University, and an MBA and BS in Accounting (cum laude) from St. John’s University. With over 30 years of combined experience in academia and professional accounting, he has held administrative roles such as CFOR at the North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Southeast Regional Coordinator of the Forensic and Investigative Accounting Section of the American Accounting Association, and National Audit Manager at Grant Thornton. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
