Michael Scherer

Michael Scherer is Associate Professor of Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School's Washington, DC campus, teaching statistics, research methods, psychometrics, and substance use electives. His research examines substance misuse, coping strategies, and positive psychology interventions.

Professional memberships include the Research Society on Marijuana, American Psychological Association, Research Society on Alcoholism, and College on Problems of Drug Dependence. Postdoctoral work at Johns Hopkins examined substance use epidemiology and statistical training.
