Michael P. Lilly

Dr. Michael P. Lilly is a Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, serving as Chief of the Department of Surgery at University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus and Director of the Maryland Vascular Center.
