Dr. Mark D. Kligman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he serves as Vice Chair for Quality & Safety. He also directs the Center for Weight Management and Wellness and the minimally invasive surgery fellowship program.
