Michael M. Copenhaver is a Professor at the University of Connecticut, affiliated with the Departments of Allied Health Sciences and Psychology. As a principal investigator at the Institute for Collaboration on Health, Intervention, and Policy (InCHIP) and a licensed clinical psychologist, he focuses on NIH/NIDA-funded research to develop evidence-based behavioral HIV prevention interventions for high-risk populations in clinical settings like drug treatment centers and prisons.
